How to Set Up IPTV on Samsung TV

Get IPTV running on a Samsung Tizen smart TV using IBO Player or Smart IPTV from Samsung Apps.

What you need

  • Samsung Smart TV running Tizen (2018+)
  • Samsung account
  • Your M3U link

    Open Samsung Apps

    Press the Home button and go to Apps.

    Install IBO Player

    Use the search icon to find "IBO Player" and select Install.

    Find your device details

    Open IBO Player and note the MAC address and device key shown on screen.

    Upload your playlist

    On another device, go to the IBO Player website, choose "Manage Playlists", enter your MAC and key, and add your M3U URL.

    Reload and watch

    Restart IBO Player on your TV to load your channels.

Tip: If the app is not in the store, check that your TV region is set correctly under Settings → General → Location.
