Occasional buffering is almost always caused by something between our servers and your screen. Work through these fixes in order โ€” most people are sorted by step three.

1. Use a wired connection #

Wi-Fi is the number-one cause of buffering. If you can, connect your device with an Ethernet cable, or use an Ethernet adapter for Fire TV.

2. Restart your router and device #

Unplug both for 30 seconds. This clears memory and often gets you a fresh, faster route to our servers.

3. Use a VPN #

Some internet providers throttle video traffic. A good VPN hides your traffic and can dramatically improve stability.

4. Clear the app cache #

On Android and Fire TV go to Settings โ†’ Applications โ†’ your IPTV app โ†’ Clear Cache.

5. Lower the stream quality #

If your connection is below 25 Mbps, choose the HD version of a channel instead of Full HD or 4K.

6. Change the player settings #

Switch the video decoder between hardware and software, or increase the buffer size in the player settings.

7. Contact support #

Still buffering? Our 24/7 team can move you to a less busy server. Just send us a message.
